This appeal is from a judgment in an action commenced by the plaintiff Laura Lawver against the defendant city of Park Falls to recover damages for injuries sustained in a fall on a public street in the defendant city. The case was tried to a jury which found both the plaintiff and the city causally negligent and apportioned 75 percent of the causal negligence to Mrs. Lawver and 25 percent to the city. The plaintiffs damages were found to be $3,420.15. Judgment was entered on the verdict dismissing the complaint, from which judgment the plaintiff appeals.
